Instructions for using Adolphs Tenderizer
1. Be sure the surfaces of meat are moist.
2. Shake Adolph's Tenderizer generously and evenly, covering all surfaces of meat. Use about 1 tsp. per pound of meat.
3. Pierce meat deeply at 1/2" intervals on all surfaces to insure deep down tenderness. Cook immediately.
