Instructions for using Adolphs Tenderizer
- Be sure the surfaces of meat are moist.
- Shake Adolph's Tenderizer generously and evenly, covering all surfaces of meat. Use about 1 tsp. per pound of meat. Do not add salt.
- Pierce meat deeply at 1/2" intervals on all surfaces to insure deep down tenderness.
- Bake, Broil or Grill immediately.
For thicker cuts of meats, let stand for 30 minutes before cooking.
Adolph's Meat Tenderizer Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch (prevents caking), Bromelain (a tenderizer from pineapple fruit).
Adolph's Meat Tenderizer had no MSG, no artificial colors or flavors.
