Almond Roca Ingredients
To make Almond Roca
- Break Hershey bar into small pieces and place on cookie sheet.
- Add semisweet chocolate chips and spread them around.
- Sprinkle crushed almonds over chocolate.
- In a large saucepan melt butter and add sugar.
- Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until mixture boils and then changes to a light brown/caramel color.
- Pour the butter-sugar mixture over chocolate and nuts. Let cool to form Almond Roca.
- Break the Almond Roca up into small pieces and store in refrigerator.
