Recipe: Angel Hair Pasta Salad
- 1 pound Angel Hair pasta, broken into pieces
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dressing
- 8 oz bottle creamy Italian dressing
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- Sea Salt
- White Pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Cook pasta al dente. Rinse well.
- Mix tomato, celery, onion, green pepper and Parmesan cheese together in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta.
- In a small bowl combine the Italian dressing with mustard, dash of Sea Salt, dash of White Pepper, and sugar. Mix together well.
- Pour mixed dressing over top of pasta and mix together. Cover, place in refrigerator, and marinate overnight.
