Apple Bars:

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 cups sliced apples
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 1 tsp Siagon Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda

Apple Bars Topping:

• 1/4 cup granulated brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp Siagon Ground Cinnamon
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

To make Apple Bars II

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Mix together sugar, canola oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
3. Add sliced apples, flour, baking soda, nuts, and Siagon Cinnamon.
4. Beat well, then spread on a 11 x 16 cookie sheet.
5. Mix topping and sprinkle on top of dough.
6. Bake at 375° F for 45 minutes.
