Recipe: Artichoke and Asiago Dip

Recipes using McCormick Organic Dill Weed

Ingredients in Artichoke and Asiago Dip

• 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened, cut into cubes
• 1 cup mayonnaise (do not use reduced fat)
• 1 cup sour cream (do nt use reduced fat)
• 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
• 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

To Make Artichoke and Asiago Dip

1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Asiago cheese, artichoke hearts, garlic, dill weed and salt in a food processor.
2. Process for 1-2 minutes until blended.
3. Spoon into an oiled baking dish.
4. Bake at 375° for 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
5. Serve with Crispy Pita Chips.
