Baja California Chicken Ingredients

• 8 boned chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tsp crushed garlic
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp tarragon vinegar
• 2/3 cup dry sherry
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
• 1/8 tsp white pepper

To make Baja California Chicken

1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and pepper.
2. Mix crushed garlic with oil and vinegar in a skillet. Saute chicken pieces until golden brown, turning frequently.
3. Remove, place in baking dish. vPour sherry over chicken pieces and bake in 350° F. oven for 10 minutes.
