Recipe: Baked Chicken with Apricot Glaze

Recipes using Virginia Brand Pure Clover Honey

• 6 to 8 chicken breasts

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup apricot preserves
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 cup honey

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
2. Place breasts in baking dish.
3. Make glaze by mixing butter and apricot preserves.
4. Add lemon juice, mustard, and then honey.
5. Pour glaze over chicken.
6. Bake at 425° F. for 25 minutes.
