Recipe: Baked Pork and Tofu
Baked Pork and Tofu
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup dried mushroom, soaked and diced small
- 1/4 cup bamboo shoots, diced small
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1 block tofu, cut into cubes
- 2 eggs, beaten
To make Baked Pork and Tofu:
- Fry pork, add mushroom, bamboo shoots, garlic salt and onion.
- Fry for a few minutes then add soy sauce, sugar, sake and mix well.
- Place tofu in casserole dish.
- Place pork mixture over tofu and pour eggs over.
- Cover and bake 350° for 45 minutes.
