Recipe: Baked Cauliflower
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- Wash and cut cauliflower into pieces about 1 1/2 inches in size.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add cauliflower to pot, and cook for 15 minutes. Drain off water.
- Preheat oven to 350° f.
- Combine the butter, garlic, pepper, paprika and parsley in a small pan. Heat until butter has melted, stirring often.
- Place cauliflower in a casserole, sprinkle with the bread crumbs, and then pour butter mixture over top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
