Recipe: Baked Parmesan Chicken
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp organic thyme leaves, dried
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Preheat oven to 350° f.
- Coat baking casserole with non-stick spray.
- Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, lemon pepper, and thyme; mix well.
- Coat both sides of chicken with crumb mixture.
- Place chicken in baking casserole.
- Sprinkle extra crumb mixture on top of chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 350° f or until chicken is done.
