Recipe: Baked Pineapple

Recipes using Uncle Lukes Pure Maple Syrup

Ingredients in Baked Pineapple

• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 4 eggs
• 5 slices white bread
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 lb 4oz can crushed pineapple, drained

To make Baked Pineapple

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Remove crusts from bread and cube bread.
3. Cream butter and sugar, and beat in eggs one at a time.
4. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes.
5. Put into a 1-1/2 quart greased casserole.
6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
