Recipe: Beef Brocolli
Beef Brocolli
- 1/4 pound beef, sliced thin
- 1 pound broccoli, sliced thin
- 1 small round onion, sliced
Sauce:
- 1/2 teaspoon wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Gravy:
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- Marinate meat in sauce about 15 minutes.
- Heat saucepan and add 1 tablespoon canola oil.
- Fry onions, add meat and fry 1 minute.
- Remove from pan.
- Stir fry broccoli 1 minute and add gravy and cook until thickened.
- Add meat, mix well and serve.
