Recipe: Beef and Potatoes Loaf

Recipes using Tones Parsley Flakes

• 4 cups thinly sliced peeled raw potatoes
• 1 tbsp cut up onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp parsley flakes

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup cut up onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix above ingredients.
3. Spread evenly over potatoes.
4. Decorate top with more ketchup, if desired.
5. Bake for 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
