2 (16 oz) cans tomatoes, cut up
1 (17 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes

Cook lean ground beef, celery, onion and pepper until meat is browned.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer covered about 45 mins; stirring occasionally.
