Recipe: Beef or Pork for Cajun Injector Kit

Recipes using Cajun Injector Kit

• 1 beef or pork roast
• Creole Butter Marinade

1. Attach needle to Cajun Injector by turning clockwise until snug. Do not over tighten needle.
2. Pour needed marinade (about 2oz per pound of meat) into separate container and draw into injector.
3. Place roast in pan and inject marinade at points every 1 - 2 inches apart. Insert injector completely. Push plunger down slowly while pulling injector slowly out of meat. This gives even distribution of seasoning.
4. Cook as desired.
