Recipe: Breakfast Bake

Ingredients in Breakfast Bake Recipe

• 1 pound can of fruit salad
• 1 pound can pitted dark cherries
• 15 ounce can pineapple chunks
• 1 cup grapefruit sections
• 1 cup sliced bananas
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 stick melted, unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup sherry

To make Breakfast Bake

1. Drain all of the canned fruit well and place them with the grapefruit and bananas in a greased (with unsalted butter) 2 and 1/2 quart baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
3. Pour this mixture over the fruit and toss gently to coat all fruit.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° F. for 45 minutes.

Recipe makes 8 to 10 servings of Breakfast Bake.
