Recipe: Broccoli Normandy Casserole
- 1 lb frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
- 8 oz Cheese Whiz
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushroom slices
- 2 oz Sunkist Almond Accents
- crushed potato chips
Preheat oven to 350° F. Heat broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots; mix just enough to thaw thoroughly. Put in 2 qt casserole. Add prepared Minute Rice (boil 1 cup water, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp butter or margarine. Add 1 cup rice and let stand 10 minutes). Add cream of mushroom soup and Cheese Whiz. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake 350° for about 1 hour. Serves 10-12
