Carrot Bread II Ingredients

• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup shredded carrot
• 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup milk

To make Carrot Bread II

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Mix sugar and canola oil
3. Add beaten eggs.
4. Stir in grated carrot.
5. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
6. Alternately add flour mixture and milk, a little at a time, to sugar/carrot mixture.
7. Pour into a well greased baking pan and bake for 55 minutes.
