Recipe: Cheese Balls II

Recipes using Tabasco Sauce

Ingredients for Cheese Ball

• 8 oz grated Cheddar Cheese
• 8 oz crumbled Blue Cheese
• 8 oz grated Velveta Cheese
• 4oz Softened Cream Chese
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp powdered onion
• 2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
• 2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Coating for Cheese Ball

• 1/4 cup slivered pecans

1. Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature.
2. Add all ingredients except for pecans for coating onto a blender. Mix well.
3. Remove from blender and form into a ball.
4. Wrap the cheese ball in waxed papper and chill for two hours or more.
5. Roll the cheese ball in slivered pecan nuts.
6. Chill for at least 6 hours then serve.

This is excellent with pretzels or pretzel sticks.
