Recipe: Chicken and Wine Sauce
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 cup half and half (or milk)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Chervil
- garlic salt to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsely flakes
- paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken breasts in flat dish in a single layer.
- Mix together soups, half and half, white wine, chervil, garlic salt, salt and pepper: mix well.
- Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
