Recipe: Chicken Casserole Chinese
- 1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 9 oz pkgs frozen French style green beans, thawed and drained
- 1 lb can chop suey vegetables, drained (1 1/2 cups)
- 6 oz cheese, shredded ( 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 3 1/2 oz can French fried onions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl combine soup, milk, salt and pepper; stir until blended.
- Fold in chicken, beans, chop suey vegetables, cheese and onion.
- Turn into a 12 X 7 X 2 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until beans are tender.
- Top with onions; return to oven for 10 more minutes.
