Recipe: Chicken Casserole
- 1 large fryer chicken
- 20 oz pkg frozen broccoli
- 10 oz pkg noodles
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil chicken; debone and save broth.
- Boil noodles in broth.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions (no salt); drain.
- Mix milk, chicken broth, Velveeta cheese, and cream of mushroom soup; cook until smooth.
- Stir meat, noodles and broccoli together.
- Put in a greased 9X13 inch oven proof casserole dish.
- Pour sauce over top of chicken and broccoli.
- Sprinkle paprika over top of casserole.
- Bake 30 minutes.
