  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook, drain and place broccoli in a 9X12 inch pan.
  3. Melt butter; stir in flour and cook for 1 minute on medium heat.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth and bouillon cube.
  5. Cook and stir until thick.
  6. Add milk, sherry and pepper; mix well.
  7. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the broccoli.
  8. Place the chicken on top.
  9. Cover with the remaining sauce and grated cheese.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.
Servings: 6 to 8
