Recipe: Chicken Wings

Recipes using McCormick Ground Ginger

Chicken Wings Ingredients

• 3 lbs chicken drummettes
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 3 tbsps sugar
• 3 tbsps brown sugar
• 3 tbsps vinegar
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 cup chicken broth

To make Chicken Wings

1. Mix together all ingredients except chicken drumettes.
2. Put chicken drumettes in large Ziploc bag or large dish and pour marinade over drumettes.
3. Marinate the chicken wings overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Preheat oven to 350° F.
5. Place chicken drumettes in a baking dish.
6. Cook at 350° F. for 2 hours.
7. Peridocially baste the wings.
