Recipe: Chocolate Cake III
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cups Hershey's Cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 cup hot coffee
- Preheat oven to 350° f.
- Mix the sugar, cocoa, flour, milk, canola oil, and eggs together. Blend well.
- Blend in the vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in coffee.
- Pour this thin batter into a greased and floured baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
