Recipe: Cranberry Salad

• 1 1/2 envelopes gelatin
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 10 ounce can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
• 1 can cranberry sauce or jelly
• 1 cup fresh grapes (apple), peeled and seeded
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Pinch of salt

1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
2. Heat juice of pineapple and pour over gelatin.
3. Dissolve cranberry jelly in double boiler.
4. Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased mold(s).
5. Serve with cream cheese dressing.

Serves 8 to 10.
