Recipe: Creamy Potato Salad

Recipes using Tones Minced Onion

• 4 potatoes
• 4 tbsps mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp mustard
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 2 tbsps dried minced onion
• 6 tbsps sugar
• 1/4 tsp celery seed or to taste
• salt to taste

1. Cook potatoes till still firm.
2. Cool just enough to touch; peel and slice.
3. Place potatoe slices in large mixing bowl
4. Mix together all other ingredients.
5. Pour mixture over potatoes and mix well.
6. Chill well before serving.
