Recipe: Crispy Baked Fish
- 1 lb fish fillets, thawed
- 3/4 tsp McCormick Season*All Seasoned Salt
- 2 tbsps canola oil
- 1/3 cup cornflake crumbs
- Preheat oven to 500° F.
- Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces.
- Sprinkle with McCormick Season*All Seasoned Salt on both sides of fillets.
- Dip seasoned fillets into oil and cost with cornflake crumbs.
- Arrange in single layer in 9 inch shallow round baking pan or dish lined with foil and lightly oiled.
- Bake 12-15 minutes without turning or basting.
