Recipe: Curried Chicken Breasts
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup saurterne
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- Dash of white pepper
- 1/2 tsp Season*All
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with Season*all and paprika.
- Place breasts in a 11" x 7" x 1.5" baking pan.
- Drain the liquid from the mushrooms into a saucepan. Add bouillon cube, heat and stir until bouillon is dissolved.
- Add mushrooms, sauterne, onion, curry powder, and white pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the mushroom sauce over top of chicken.
- Cover with foil, and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
