Recipe: Curried Fruit Bake

Recipes using McCormick Curry Powder

• 1/3 cup butter
• 3/4 cup granulated brown sugar
• 4 tsp curry powder
• 1 large can pineapple chunks
• 1 can pears, sliced
• 1 can peaches, sliced
• 15 cherries

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Drain fruit
3. Melt butter, then add the brown sugar and curry powder. Mix well.
4. Mix fruit together with the sugar mixture and spoon into a casserole dish.
5. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
