Ingredients in Deluxe Crab Imperial

• 1 pound fresh crabmeat
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp skim milk
• 2 tbsp capers
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• olive oil
• 3 tbsp grated Parmesean cheese

• Preheat oven to 350° F.
• Beat the egg, and combine with mayonnaise, milk, capers, and pepper.
• Gently fold the egg mix into the crabmeat.
• Coat 6 cleaned crab shells or custard cups with olive oil. Spoon the crabmeat mixture into the shells or cups.
• Spinkle top of the crabmeat with the Parmesean cheese.
• Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
