6 large carrots, quartered lengthwise
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tbsps brown sugar
2 tsps dry mustard
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper

Saute carrots in butter for 5 minutes.
Add brown sugar, mustard, 2 drops Tabasco, salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
