Recipe: Deviled Crabs

Recipes using McCormick Parsley Flakes

• 1 lb claw or regular crab meat
• 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
• 2 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
• 1 tbsp celery seed
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 4 tbsp mayonaise
• 2 tbsp prepared mustard
• 2 tbsp canola oil
• Dash Tabasco Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Pick out any shell from crab meat.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
4. Place crab meat mix in shells, or in shallow oven safe bowls.
5. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
6. Bake about 1 hour.
