 Make authentic Buffalo Chicken Wings with ease with this prepared blend of spices. 1 tsp Durkee Buffalo Wing Seasoning seasons about 4oz chicken wings. Entire container seasons about 30 pounds of chicken wings.
Buffalo Wings Recipe
- 2 pounds fresh chicken wings, washed
- 1/4 Cup Durkee Buffalo Wing Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350° F. Cover the bottom of a large baking pan with non-stick aluminum foil. Wash the chicken wings well, pat dry with clean paper towels, and add to a large resealable plastic bag. Add 1 tbsp of the Buffalo Chicken Wings Seasoning, shake bag, repeat 2 more times. Use more Buffalo Wing Seasoning as needed (larger chicken wings will require more seasoning). Place the seasoned buffalo wings in the baking pan. Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with celery sticks and Blue cheese salad dressing.
Deep Fried Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Buffalo Wing Seasoning
Cook unseasoned chicken wings in fry until done. Heat 2 tbsp canola oil in a skillet, and fried chicken wings and Buffalo Wing Seasoning. Stir until well coated with seasoned oil. Remove wings from oil, and let drain on a plate covered with several layers of paper towels.
