Recipe: Easy Salmon Ball

Recipes using Diamond Shelled Walnuts

Ingredients in Easy Salmon Ball

• 6 ½ ounce can salmon
• 5 drops Tabasco sauce
• 3/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
• 8 ounce package cream cheese

To Make Easy Salmon Ball

1. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature for several hours.
2. Drain salmon and blend with cream cheese until thoroughly mixed.
3. Add Tabasco sauce to cream cheese and salmon mixture.
4. Spread a layer of nuts on wax paper.
5. Place salmon mixture on nuts and make a ball.
6. Refrigerate ball to harden.
7. Serve with a variety of different crackers.
