Fabulous Chocolate Sauce Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cp evaporated milk
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 3 ounces baking chocolate, unsweetened
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

To make Fabulous Chocolate Sauce

1. In large saucepan heat milk and sugar to rolling boil. Boil 1 minute.
2. Add chocolate; reduce heat.
3. When chocolate is melted, beat with egg beater until smooth.
4. It will thicken as you beat it.
5. Remove from heat; add butter, vanilla, and salt.
6. Cool. Fabulous Chocolate Sauce will keep well in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
