A couple of days ago, I made Rachael Ray's "You Won't Be Single For Long Vodka Cream Pasta." I don't recommend it. Too chunky with the tomatoes in the sauce and it was watery, not creamy.
However, last night I got a container of the alfredo sauce in the refrigerated pasta section of the store, added a few spoonfuls of tomato paste, then added the leftover pasta and also removed some of the tomato chunks. MUCH better!
