You got to watch the fat .. a little bit here and there is okay but over time if you're eating fatty foods all of the time, you're probably going to have heart troubles. The trouble is the fat tastes good and that invites us to want to eat fatty foods. But like LOTS of things we have to do (like wanting to tell off your boss ), we have to resist that temptation and focus on more healthy foods.

I try to eat healthy 5 days a week, and stray for 2 meals on the other two days. If you've had family with health troubles then maybe 6 days a week of healthy eating (that's vegetables, whole foods like brown rice, whole wheat bread and pasta, and boneless chicken breasts) and 1 day [or less] of bad is better.
