I still use the normal sugar. Although if I have a choice I would go for the natural muscovado sugar instead of the refined white sugar. Mom is diabetic, we don't still use sugar substitute but instead cut her back on her sugar usage. I personally don't ingest too much sugar because I'm more of a water person than coffee or drinking juices or milk.
