Bourbon Hot Dogs
3 pounds hot dogs, sliced diagonally into 1 inch slices
1 cup chili sauce
1 cup bourbon
1 cup brown sugar
Put hot dogs in a casserole dish. Mix together the rest of ingredients and pour over hot dogs. Bake covered in a 300° F oven for one hour. Hot dogs are done in the slices are glazed over and the sauce is thick.
While it may sound surprising, this is a delicious way to eat hot dogs.
