Summer Squash and Zucchini
Preparation:
Wash; cut off blossom and stem ends. Slice in 1-inch pieces.
Blanching Time:
Blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Pack:
Leave 1/2 inch headspace.
SOUND SIMPLE ENOUGH??
