Last night we had these delicious
Oriental Chicken Wings. It's a 10+ recipe (if you eat chicken) and you can use with chicken thighs or breasts as well. If the recipe was tripled, then it would probably work with a whole chicken too but that's your experiment at this point.
We've tried it with skewered beef as well and the result was great. Let the beef marinate like the recipe says, then skewer and roast in the oven. We haven't tried this with the grill yet but that's coming soon.
Serve with rice, and a salad.
