aeiou - Let me clarify myself - ANY muffins re-heated in the microwave will have a fresh taste. What I meant was - only reheat what you are going to eat at that time. Re-reheating any muffins several times and after a while and they get yucky. You can bake muffins on Monday and reheat one on Tuesday and reheat another on Wednesday and they will taste good. But if you reheat all your muffins everyday without eating them after reheating - after all those little nukes - they don't taste so good. Sorry if I talked pig-Latin! Sometimes my mouth and mind just don't get it together! LOL
