8 ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic
1 cup sour cream
3 green onions
1/2 medium onion, chopped

Mix by hand and serve with potato chips, nacho chips or crackers. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
