Well the Giants and Patriots had their game and what a game it was!!! I had started cooking at 9:30 a.m. and cooked well past 4:00 p.m. My menu went like this: Babyback Ribs, Hot Wings, Little Smokie sausages cooked in a special sauce, homemade potato salad, deviled egg tray with cheese cubes and olives, crackers, and a queso cheese dip. Friends arrived on schedule, and the evening progressed splendidly. Then the final minutes of the game and wa-hoo the Giants pulled up from behind and won the Superbowl
It was hard to sleep last night after all the excitement. Thanks Giants for a great win!!!
