I am probably one of the few who doesn't care much for her recipes. She made Chicken Riggies in a way that made me laugh. I grew up near Utica NY, (where Riggies came from) and what she made was not it.
I am not sure if it is the forced bubbly personality she tries to show off, or the fact that she seems to think all meals need to be done in 30 minutes that annoys me the most. I think it is just the general "poserness" of her that does it.
I think the only thing she has ever really done for my cooking ability is to shorten Extra Virgin Olive Oil down to EVOO in my recipes.
