I didn't reply yesterday cause my husband took me to the Mandarin House for dinner. lol so I didn't actually cook anything at all. Usually once a week we have "Mom's Night Off" and David brings something home or we go out. Because Mother's Day is coming up we went ahead and splurged for good Chinese.
I'm not sure what's doing tonight. We're going to my sister's after D gets home from work. We did have gnocchi and marinara sauce for lunch though (Thanks Uggie!
