Hmm, it would probably be an emergency in my kitchen if I didn't have the following:
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Herbes de Provence
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Bay leaves
That is from the top of my head.
