Peanut Butter Frosting
2 cups powdered sugar -- sifted
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup butter -- softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup Honey roasted peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cream butter and peanut butters together.
Blend in sugar, vanilla, and enough cream to make frosting spreadable.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Makes sufficient to cover top of a 9" x 13" cake or two dozen cupcakes.
