I've got a Presto one that I bought a few weeks ago. And I like it! And yes, I DID make some panacakes with it!! You're getting me hungry for some more pancakes again!!!! Haha!!

Just yesterday, I cooked some turkey bacon and some fried eggs with it!

To my recollection, ALL electric griddles come with a non-stick-coated surface and a removable heat control that allows you to dunk the unit into the sink for easy cleaning.

Just make sure the heat control is unplugged from the unit first, to avoid being dangerously electrocuted.
